Who Should be the Next Virginia Democratic Chairman?

As you may all know the Virginia Democratic Chairman Dick Cranwell is stepping down after 5 years. 

"Five years is probably longer than anybodies been chairman of the Democratic Party in the last 15 or 20 years," Cranwell said. "I got a lot of baseball games, soccer games and stuff that I want to go to."

But one big question remains, who should replace him?  Under his supervision, the Democrats elected a Democratic Governor, 2 Democratic Senators, a Democrat for president, and also a couple Democratic congressmen.  When you step back and look at it, he has had a pretty good run.  Yet again, who should replace him?  I'm thinking one of the Congressmen who recently lost should get the job.  Those being Rick Boucher, Tom Perriello, and Glen Nye.  So who do you think should get the job, I would place my money on Periello, but who knows.
