Something Must be in the Tea in Maine

What is going on in these Tea Partiers in Maine's twisted heads?  These people are from New England which is normally the most liberal (and best part) of the country.  Instead, these people are absolutely crazy.  If you look at their platform you would understand just how ignorant these people are.  Of all of these horrible ideas I found these standouts:




"Oppose any and all treaties with the UN or any other organization or country which surrenders US sovereignty."

-3 Words: World War III

"Defeat Cap and Trade, investigate collusion between government and industry in the global warming myth, and prosecute any illegal collusion."

-I guess they need no investigation for themselves, they know truly in their hearts that there is no global warming.

"Reassert the principle that “Freedom of Religion” does not mean “freedom from religion”."



-Are you freaking kidding me, these people want you to have to practice a religion, in their views, atheism would be illegal.

And the most absurd:

"Eliminate the Department of Education and restore schools to local control as specified in the constitution."

-What, really what the hell.

I wonder what they are really drinking up there, and I would bet its not tea!
